A mantra is a set of words that you repeat to set an intention for how you want to feel.
A mandala is a scared symbol that includes repetitive imagery in the form of a circle.
In this workshop, we will discuss how combining these two soulful concepts can decrease our stress levels and intensify the relaxation response. We will create our own beautiful, original and unique mandalas.
